Guidelines for Booths

  • Sam and Jackson are here to help you design your booth. If you have any questions, please ask. If you send us your ideas/thoughts/plans so far, we can help you develop your booth design further.
  • The description on the sign up page is just a starting point. Feel free to expand the idea or to cut it down. Think outside the box. This is your opportunity to be creative!
  • If your booth has special needs (Ex. power, larger size etc), please let Jackson know asap.

Here are a few tips as you design the booth:

  1. should target non-christians, challenge their thinking, provide points of conversation
  2. 10 x 10 feet tent will cover the ceiling space. Most tents will hold 1-4 booths. If you need larger, let us know. For larger booths, walk through design is preferable
  3. It is preferable if the design is walk through (people walk in one side and come out the other).
  4. bilingual preferable (English & Chinese) - we have people that can assist with translating text
  5. no cost - free will donations accepted. Be careful here. We do not want a whole street of people asking for money when we are trying to outreach. Only ask people wearing yellow wristbands. We discourage fundraising at your booths.
  6. absolutely no selling
  7. Try to have a big sign/name plate (professional looking)
    • bilingual preferable (English & Chinese)
  8. schedule of rotation for volunteers manning the booth
  9. set up/tear down of own booth
