  * Calgary Clinic - July 18th construction complete
    * opening July 25th
    * EMR operational by July 11th
    * ACTION Jackson to update schedule.
      * Code freeze is now off.

    * ACTION Jackson to design and sit with Jon.  Saturday morning @ 10am.

    * Can we automate this?  how much work?

  * Wolf will send sample by monday.
  * Got full sample export from medaccess.  Figuring out some things.
    * documents are fine.
    * medication history.
  * Servers on west coast and east coast setup but nothing set up yet on our end
  * Jon make call on load balancer
    * Not for now, maybe when we have multiple (2) clinics
  * still haven't heard from Sam about website.
    * Jon says Sam is waiting on Zaw for server info.
    * Jon is emailing everyone to clear things up.
  * ACTION Jackson to touch base with Zaw about document categories.  Don't clutter SOAP view.  Not in favour of adding more document boxes.


===== Mike =====
  * corrupted his copy of database.  Needs to talk to Zaw.
    * might downgrade mongo database
  * lots of testing
    * functionality is solid.
    * will send some usability questions to Jackson 
  * need some UI for locum business arrangements
  * sit down and see Holly do some billing
    * or sit down with secretary now.  ACTION Jon to set up time.
